Delivery terms
To ensure fast and safe delivery of orders, T Studio cooperates with reliable logistics partners in Latvia and abroad. Below you will find detailed information about the delivery procedure, terms and costs.
1. Delivery area
We provide delivery throughout Latvia and the Baltic States with DPD courier (courier and Pick Up network).
We also offer international delivery to European Union countries and outside the EU with UPS or FedEx service providers.
The delivery address and contact information of the order must be specified accurately. The customer is responsible for entering correct information, as in case of errors we cannot guarantee safe delivery or re-shipment without additional costs.
2. Delivery methods and costs
In Latvia:
- DPD Courier – 6.99 EUR
- DPD Parcel Locker – 2.99 EUR for orders under 100 EUR
- Free delivery to the DPD parcel locker network if the total basket of goods is more than 100 EUR and fits within the dimensions of the DPD Parcel Locker (36 × 43 × 61 cm)
In the Baltics (Estonia, Lithuania):
- DPD Courier – 9.99 EUR
- DPD Parcel Locker - 4.99 EUR for orders under 100 EUR
- Free delivery to the DPD parcel locker network if the total basket of goods is more than 100 EUR and fits within the dimensions of the DPD Parcel Locker (36 × 43 × 61 cm)
In the European Union and outside it:
- UPS / FedEx delivery (EU countries) – 19.99 EUR
- UPS / FedEx delivery (outside the EU) – 29.99 EUR
In-store pickup:
Orders can also be picked up free of charge at our store in Riga on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00. Our store address in Riga is Baznīcas iela 20/22, Riga, LV-1010.
Oversized and heavy shipments
For orders weighing more than 20 kg or dimensions of the ordered goods exceeding 63 cm, delivery costs may be determined by separate agreement with the customer. In such cases, we contact the buyer personally to specify the most suitable delivery method and price. Delivery can be made via DPD, UPS, FedEx or other partners, depending on the specifics of the shipment.
3. Delivery times from the moment of dispatch.
- In Latvia and the Baltics: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- In Europe: 5–10 business days depending on the destination and courier service.
- Outside the EU: the time may vary depending on customs operations and local carriers, but the time is on average 7-14 days from the moment of dispatch.
Some shipments may also be sent from our Dutch branch - Volt Music Store (Rotterdam). In such cases, the delivery time may vary slightly, but is usually similar to the European delivery standard.
4. Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
We use bubble wrap, packaging film, as well as additional protective boxes if the order contains multiple or fragile items.
Our goal is to ensure that the shipment reaches you in a complete and safe condition.
5. Damage and loss during delivery
If the item is received with visible damage, the customer must take a photo and inform us as soon as possible by writing to info@tstudio.lv.
If the damage is not documented at the time of receipt, please contact us so that we can provide further instructions for resolving the situation.
6. International delivery
We provide delivery not only within the European Union, but also outside the EU, including countries where customs clearance or additional taxes are required.
In such cases, the customer must cover any possible import taxes, VAT or customs fees in accordance with the regulations of the relevant country.
7. Product availability and delivery times
Although many products are immediately available in our store or warehouse in Latvia, some of the assortment is delivered to order from our Baltic and international partners. In such cases, the delivery time may be longer than indicated in the standard delivery times, and it may vary depending on the manufacturer's or supplier's warehouse status.
Therefore, before placing an order, it is recommended to contact us to verify the availability of the specific product. This will help you plan your delivery more accurately and avoid unnecessary waiting.
All delivery times specified in this section are valid from the moment the product is prepared for shipment from our warehouse.
