Return of goods

These terms and conditions determine the procedure for returning goods, exercising the right of withdrawal and the refund process when purchasing goods online on the tstudio.lv website.

1. Right to withdraw from the purchase

According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law, a private individual (consumer) has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The term begins on the day the customer receives the product in their possession.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a free-form notification to the e-mail info@tstudio.lv, indicating:

• order number or photo of the purchase receipt;
  
• product name;
  
• reason for withdrawal (not mandatory, but helps us improve our service).
  

The time of receipt of the notification by e-mail is considered the date of exercising the right of withdrawal. The product must be sent back no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

2. Condition of the product at the time of return

The returned product must be in good technical and visual condition, without use, mechanical or aesthetic damage.

The product may have been tested or tried on to the extent that it could be done in a physical store, but it must be:

• with the original packaging intact (including protective films, boxes, accessories, instructions);
  
• unregistered, if it contains a software or license package (e.g. audio recording programs, effect sets, etc.).
  

If the product is registered (e.g. software activated) or has obvious signs of use that reduce its value, T Studio reserves the right to reduce the amount to be refunded or refuse to accept the product back.

3. Damaged or incorrect goods

If the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, the customer is invited to contact us immediately by e-mail info@tstudio.lv, attaching a photo and description.
If it is confirmed that the damage occurred during delivery or due to an error, we:

• pay the return costs or;
  
• organize courier collection or a new replacement product free of charge.
  

If there is reasonable suspicion that the damage occurred as a result of improper use, T Studio reserves the right to refuse a refund.

4. Return costs

If the product is returned because it does not meet the customer's expectations (but is not damaged), the return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
If the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped - T Studio covers all return costs.

5. Refund

The money is refunded within 14 days after the product has been received and checked at our warehouse.
The refund amount includes:

• the full value of the product;
  
• the original shipping fee (if any was applied).
  

The refund is made to the same payment account from which the original purchase was made.

6. Products that cannot be returned

According to Latvian and EU regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following product groups:

• earplugs, in-ear headphones and similar products used for personal hygiene (if the packaging is opened).
• software or digital licenses, if they have already been activated or registered.
  

7. B2B purchases

The right of withdrawal and the 14-day return period apply only to private individuals (consumers).
Returns for legal entities (companies) are possible only in special cases, for example, if the product is delivered damaged or does not comply with the contract.
T Studio reserves the right to refuse a return if the company wants to cancel the purchase without an objective reason.

8. Return address

All goods must be sent or delivered to our store:
T Studio, Baznīcas iela 20/22, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia or by other delivery method, in advance agreed with T Studio employees.
