Rental procedures and terms

Reservation and prepayment

To fully reserve the equipment, a prepayment of at least 50% is required. Both private individuals and legal entities have the option to pay by invoice - by agreeing on the payment method via e-mail, by phone or on site at the store.

1. Rental available to all customers

Rental is available to both private individuals and legal entities. The same rental conditions apply to all customers.

2. Minimum rental period

There is no minimum rental period - equipment can also be rented for a few hours, but the rental fee is applied for a full day.

3. Security deposit and contract

A security deposit is usually not required.
Equipment is issued upon conclusion of a rental agreement and presentation of an identity document.
100% payment for the issued goods is made at the time of issuance (except in cases where payment of the invoice has been previously agreed).

4. Pick-up and return

Equipment can be picked up and returned at T Studio premises, Baznīcas iela 20/22, Riga, on weekdays from 11:00 to 18:00.

• Return: must be made on the return day by 14:00.
  
• If the deadline is missed, an additional fee for another rental day will be applied for each subsequent day, unless other arrangements have been previously agreed with T Studio employees.
  
• Equipment can be issued or received outside of working hours only by agreement with T Studio.

5. Delivery and installation

Delivery and installation are provided for a separate fee, upon prior individual agreement with T Studio employees.
There is no specific price list — each event or project is evaluated separately.

6. Damage or loss

• In case of damage: the client covers the costs of repairing the device at the service indicated by T Studio, including transportation costs.
  
• If repair is not possible: the client covers the costs of purchasing a new or similar device at the manufacturer's recommended retail price (MSRP).
  
• In case of loss: the client compensates the purchase value of a new product at the manufacturer's MSRP.

7. Cancellation of reservation

A reservation can be canceled free of charge at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time (with a time reference point of 11:00 am on the pick-up day).
In such cases, the prepayment is returned, after agreeing on the method of refund with T Studio employees.
If the reservation is canceled later than 48 hours, T Studio has the right to keep the prepayment paid.
