Erica Synths Pico MSCALE (Moog Scale, to be specific) is a precision scaler designed to adapt the Moog Mother 32 to the Eurorack standard 1V/oct control voltages.

People who own the Moog Mother 32 know that it requires -5V to +5V on the 1V/oct input to operate over its full range, while the Eurorack standard is 0V to +10V. So, to control the Moog Mother 32 from a Eurorack sequencer, you need to offset the sequencer output by 5 volts down. And vice versa – the Moog Mother 32 sequencer outputs -5V to +5V on the 1V/oct output, and if you want to control a Eurorack VCO from the Moog Mother 32, you need to offset it 5 volts up. This is exactly what the MSCALE does – it has two sections: the upper one adds 5V to the input voltage, the other subtracts 5V from the input voltage. Of course, the module is not limited to use with the Moog Mother 32 only. You can use it as a regular Eurorack precision voltage scaler.
