The Tie Audio TBT-1 is a mobile radio link for connecting Bluetooth-enabled devices such as computers, mobile phones or stereo systems to the analogue inputs or outputs of other devices. It operates either in receive or transmit mode and achieves an operating time of 6 to 8 hours via the built-in rechargeable battery. Application scenarios are e.g. the wireless operation of wired headphones, the retrofitting of a hi-fi or studio monitor system with a Bluetooth channel or the control of a soundbar with a player without Bluetooth, e.g. a record player.
